Have coffee by the pond, relax in the hot tub, cuddle by the indoor woodburning fireplace. Bluetooth speaker and pool table for your entertainment. A propane grill to enjoy lunch or dinner with outdoor seating. View from the lookout tower upstairs is amazing, try fishing in the pond or just walk the property to enjoy the beauty. Designed for restful nights and serene private days. Nestled in Granville, OH this beautiful house offers two queen bedrooms, a cozy living room, relaxing hot tub, outdoor dining area, upstairs loft with a sofa bed and a lookout tower, a modern bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Stores and restaurants are five miles away. Ten minute drive to Bryn Du Mansion, Infirmary Mound Park, National Trails Raceway, Appletree Auction House, Interstate 70, State Route 16. Amazon in Etna is 14 miles. NO PETS. Guests past four $50 each.

Interesting and fun place! Great place to bring kids, with the pond and other outdoor activities. When I looked out the window there were 16 deer behind the house!
