Fun location, especially in summer months. Right next to boat rental business and boat ramp for Hamlin lake. Great location for small family or 2 couples. Did not receive check in or check out instructions from host without inquiring about them and never received response for check out. Had some water damage occur to floors in one of bedrooms due to constant rainy weather. Informed hosts so hopefully gets resolved! Has basic kitchen essentials, towels, and hand soap.Wi-Fi and smart TV also in living area
