River Dream Cottage - Located minutes from Downtown Ludington & Lake MI Beaches

River Dream Cottage is nestled on a 5 acre wooded lot on the Lincoln river. It features a private yet convenient location, a fire pit with views of the night sky, a small spring fed creek and 212 feet of rustic river frontage.

Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed, TV with DIRECTV, ceiling fan and electric heat
Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) and electric heat
Living room includes a full sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a TV with DIRECTV
Bathroom has a tub with shower, electric heat and a washer & dryer
Kitchen includes an island with seating, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinets stocked with dishes, cookware and many extras for guests who enjoy cooking
3-seasons room has comfortable seating and a small table w/4 chairs
A small outdoor patio has a picnic table and a gas cooking grill (propane provided)

Access to the Lincoln river by way of a woodchip defined path through the woods! It is approximately 200 steps to a small footbridge over a spring fed creek, then an additional 200 steps to a boardwalk with a floating dock on the Lincoln river. There are 4 kayaks on a stand by the river access. By making land management and accessibility to the natural beauty of the property a priority, our guests are now able to enjoy nature in a unique way. The land provides a serene setting for kayaking, bird watching and often catching a glimpse of a white-tailed deer!
