Welcome to Twin Lakes Cabin, a classic Mt. Baker retreat tucked beneath the evergreens of Glacier Springs.



With two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a private hot tub, and a cozy stone fireplace, this single level cabin is especially well suited for two couples, a small family, or anyone craving a quieter pace in the mountains.



Spend the day skiing, hiking, exploring the Mt. Baker Highway, or simply wandering beneath the trees. When you return, slip into the hot tub, light the fireplace, and settle in for an evening that feels far removed from everyday life.

INSIDE THE CABIN



Warm wood finishes and a river-rock fireplace give the living area the relaxed character of a true Mt. Baker cabin. Curl up on the sofa after a day outside, share a bottle of wine beside the fire, or gather around the coffee table for an unhurried evening together.



The full kitchen gives you everything needed for breakfasts before the mountain, relaxed dinners at home, and plenty of coffee between adventures. The adjoining living and dining spaces keep everyone connected without feeling crowded.

The two bedroom, two-bathroom layout gives couples greater privacy and makes mornings easier when everyone is preparing for the day.

Out back, the private deck is made for unwinding. Soak beneath the evergreens in the hot tub, prepare dinner on the BBQ, and linger around the outdoor table as the cool mountain air settles in.

Twin Lakes Cabin places you within easy reach of the year round recreation surrounding Glacier and Mt. Baker. Ski and snowboard during winter, follow the Mt. Baker Highway toward scenic overlooks and trailheads in summer, or spend your stay enjoying the creeks, forests, and quieter rhythm of the area.



The cabin is professionally managed by Luxury Getaways, a local Superhost team based in the Mt. Baker area. Our hope has never been to simply provide a place to stay. It is to create the space where life’s best moments have room to happen.

The Neighborhood:

Twin Lakes Cabin is located in Glacier Springs, a peaceful mountain neighborhood tucked into the evergreens near Glacier, Washington.



Glacier Creek winds through the community, creating a quiet, nature filled setting with forested roads and nearby places to walk and enjoy the mountain air. The neighborhood is close to the Nooksack River and approximately two miles from the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.



From here, guests have convenient access to the Mt. Baker Highway and the year-round adventures that make this area special. Spend winter days skiing and snowboarding, explore scenic drives and hiking trails during the warmer months, or simply enjoy the calm of returning to a quiet cabin beneath the trees.



Glacier Springs offers the privacy and slower pace of a residential mountain community while keeping guests close to Glacier and the best of the Mt. Baker area.

WATER NOTICE



Glacier Springs is currently under a community boil-water advisory. For guest convenience, the cabin includes a bottled-water dispenser with hot and cold water.



Tap water may be used for showering, bathing, and handwashing. Please use the provided bottled water for drinking, brushing teeth, making coffee, and food preparation.



We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.



PETS



One well-behaved dog may be welcomed with advance approval and the applicable nightly pet fee. To keep the home comfortable for all guests, cats and other animals cannot be accommodated.



FAMILY ITEMS



A pack-and-play and high chair may be provided upon request. Please let us know before arrival so we can have them ready.



MOUNTAIN LIVING



This is a rural mountain community surrounded by forest and wildlife. Guests may encounter insects and animals common to the Pacific Northwest. Please keep food and garbage secured and never leave either outdoors.



Mountain weather can change quickly, particularly during winter. Snow, storms, fallen trees, power interruptions, and changing road conditions are possible. Guests traveling during colder months should arrive prepared for mountain driving and follow current road and traction requirements.



CONNECTIVITY



Wi-Fi is provided, but internet, cellular service, and power can occasionally be affected by storms or the home’s rural location. Cell service varies by carrier throughout Glacier and the surrounding Mt. Baker area.



ACCESS



The living areas and bedrooms are arranged on one level. However, guests must use exterior steps to enter the cabin, and the home should not be represented as fully accessible.
