This villa is situated in a park that extends over the surrounding countryside at the foot of the medieval village of Montevettolini.
The large park, which has two different access roads, has a swimming pool (11 x 5.50 metres and 1.40 to 2.10 metres deep) and a Jacuzzi. The plot is beautifully planted with tall trees and a neighbouring olive grove. The property is fenced and equipped with an electric gate. You can park there,
The villa is easily accessible via a good road close to the village and the golf course of Monsummano Terme. Barbecue available.
The villa is immersed in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside, offering an oasis of peace for those who like to live in contact with nature but at the same time be close to services and beautiful towns such as Montecatini Terme. The beautiful pool and garden are at the disposal of all our guests.
The villa also has a BB with 6 rooms, whose guests have the right to use the pool.
This offer includes the holiday flat for 6 people in the villa.
Facilities: Holiday flat of approx. 150 m² with private access. The holiday flat is very tastefully furnished and fulfils the wishes of our guests.
The flat consists of: Living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double bed (one with en-suite bathroom) and bathroom with shower. Private terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool.
