Good stay in a big house

The house is very big with 3 bedrooms. The only inconvenient are the stairs to go to the kitchen. 2 private gardens. In summer time go with your anti mosquito lotion. Luigi is an adorable host

Lovely house with much space and very warm-hearted landlords.

We rented the house for two and a half weeks in August/September 2018 as a family with four adult children. All of us felt very comfortable. The welcome of the landlord and his wife and daughter were very warm and friendly. Although we don´t speek Italian the communication worked well because the wife and the daughter speek English quite well. The holiday home is located in the peripheral position of a small town with all you need for shopping and so on. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a very large kitchen and a large living-room with sleep-sofas as well. The garden around the house is large, too, and can be used completely by the guests. Nearby, there´s a very fancy swimmingpool which can be used for free. We enjoyed the landscape and several cities like Florence, Pisa and Livorno. The sea was only an hour away. We have never experienced such a kind relationship to the landlord´s family in our holidays before. We would come back to this vacation house any time if we plan to travel to the tuscany again. Bien placé mais trop de soucis

Propriétaire très gentil, lieu très grand et 3 belles chambres.Le gîte est situé parfaitement à l'écart et la possibilité de piscine est vraiment chouette.Mais à l arrivée, plusieurs soucisPas de lave linge (alors que c est noté)Pas super propre de manière généralCuisine avec beaucoup de reste dans les armoirs des précédents visiteurs, voir des visiteurs bien plus anciens , vu l'état des articles laissé, j'ai du nettoyer une armorie complètement et tout jeter car elle était infester de bêtes et surtout d'asticots par dizaine grouillaient dans la cuisine et j'en avais déjà tué par mal les 2er jour)Pas d'aspirateur, pour nettoyer ca a été galèrePas d'internet (on a essayé 3 jours et jamais su ce connecté), alors que c est mentionné et indispensable pour nous avec des ados.. Les couteux et ustensiles, sont vraiment bas de gamme et donc difficile à utiliser..Le jardin devait être clôt et énorme trou dans le grillage, pas l'idéal pour notre chien fugueur..Bref, beaucoup de soucis, dans un gîte qui pourrait être top vraiment avec un peu de boulot..Photo prise après nettoyage

Se aveva delle richieste da fare o delle osservazioni da fare me lo doveva dire e sarebbe stato provveduto, a me non ha mai detto niente né su internet né su altro per cui trovo ingiustificate le sue lamentele, in tutti questi anni è l' unica persona che ha avuto tutti questi problemi, la mia è una grande casa di campagna circondata da giardini ,evidentemente cercava qualcosa di diverso,distinti saluti. Ruim huis met heerlijke tuin

Genoten van het buitenleven in dit huis. Als je gewend bent aan luxe zou ik hier niet heen gaan. Het is een echt Italiaans huis en ook het huishouden gaat hier even anders. We hebben genoten van een stapje terug in de tijd. Koffie zetten op het gasfornuis, afwassen en vegen. Even geen stofzuigergeluid! De bedden( 2 2peraoons en 1 1-persoons) waren heerlijk opgemaakt bij aankomst en ook handdoeken voor de douche lagen klaar. De eerste dagen waren wat fris, maar toen het warmere weer begon was het binnen juist lekker koel. Heerlijk in de zomer denk ik!De tuin is omheind, dus ook onze hond heeft genoten van veel buiten zijn en rennen en spelen daar. Ook is het ruim genoeg om even een balletje te slaan of over te schieten. Mooi Toscaans uitzicht ook! Makkelijk te bereizen, geen ingewikkelde wegbeklimmingen om bij het huis te komen. Om echt de omgeving te verkennen moet je wel de auto pakken. Naar Florence gaan werkte goed door een paar dorpen verderop te parkeren en de trein dar te nemen. Ook Pisa is goed aan te rijden. Dat was een klein uurtje. Luigi en zijn vrouw zijn erg vriendelijk en stan je graag te woord. De WIFI werkt niet erg goed, daar hadden vooral onze kinderen last van. ;)

Perfekte Unterkunft

Es war wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft, das Haus ist riesig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, der Ausblick war einfach wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich Die Lage ist auch sehr gut um Oisa oder Florenz zu besuchen.

Gut, hätte aber besser sein können

Der Swimmingpool befindet sich bergab ca. 100 mt entfernt von der FeWo. Der Pool gehört zu einem Restaurant. Von Montag bis Donnerstag kann man ihn kostenlos benutzen. Von Donnerstag bis Sonntag ist er öffentlich und sonntags muss man die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm bezahlen (30 Euro!). Die FeWo ist gross. Hat viel Platz außerhalb. Es fehlt aber Licht. Stichmücken sind auch nicht mit Mückenspray abzuhalten. Vermutlich wird keine disinfestation gemacht. Es gibt mobile Grills aber kein Grillzubehör. Es ist keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Wir haben in der Küche angeknabberte Kartons vorgefunden und auch Mäusekot. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr verpulvert und generell ist es nicht unbedingt sauber. Es sind 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett vorhanden und 1 kleines Zimmer mit französischem Bett. Das Schlafsofa geht nicht auf und wir mussten die Matratze in eines der Zimmer auf den Boden legen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Landschaft erholend. Im Sommer, wenn man keine hohe Anforderungen hat kann es gehen. Es könnte aber mit wenig Aufwand sehr gut verbessert werden.

Ruhiges großes Haus im Herzen der Toskana

Wir verbrachten 2 sehr angenehme Wochen im Herzen der Toskana. Das Haus im Dorf Stabbia ist perfekt gelegen, die Städte Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, Vinci und Siena zu besuchen. Die Besitzer Luigi und Gabriella, die nebenan wohnen, sind super nett. Luigi nahm sich extra die Zeit, uns das Naturreservat zu zeigen und hat uns immer sehr geholfen. Das Haus ist groß, mit zwei großen Gärten und sehr ruhig. Die Gärten sind Eingezäunt und somit perfekt für Kinder und Hunde! Hinweis: Der Pool öffnet erst im Juni. Vielen Dank nochmal an Luigi und Gabriella für die Gastfreundschaft!

Luigi est super et de bons conseils. Maison spacieuse et environnement reposant Seul hic: présence de moustique mais Luigi donne tous les produits nécessaires donc ça va.

Mooi groot verblijf op rustige locatie

Wij verbleven een week in deze prachtige ruim opgezette locatie gelegen op een geweldige mooie plek net buiten Stabbia, Het verblijf heeft een zeer grote woonkamer met authentieke materialen en spullen. Een paar treden omhoog en je treft drie slaapkamers een badkamer en een toilet. Een lange trap naar beneden leidt naar de grote woonkeuken die ook toegang geeft tot twee grote tuinen (grasvelden). Aan ruimte geen gebrek! De gastheer Luigi is erg behulpzaam en heeft een mooie afspraak gemaakt met de eigenaar van het nabijgelegen zwembad zodat we ook daar gebruik van konden maken. In Stabbia kun je tot rust komen, maar van hier uit kun je zowel Lucca, Pistoia als Florence goed bereiken.
