On the one hand you are a stone's throw away from the bars, clubs, entertainment and bustling city-life and on the other hand, the tranquility of the neighborhoods, local shops and cafes is reminiscent of tranquil suburb living. It provides the best of both worlds to satisfy the needs and preferences of most guests

What makes this property unique

With my property, you get suburb style size, space and amenities in the City. Most major destinations including both HOU and IAH Airports are within a 20-mile radius or 20-minute drive. It also boasts easy access to the I-10, 288, 59, I-45 and 610 freeways.
