The living/sleeping area features two single beds (2m x 1m) with footboards, a dining table with two chairs, a small round table with three armchairs, a wardrobe, a flatscreen TV (satellite), and a radio. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove with four burners, refrigerator with freezer, blender, egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, though there is no dishwasher.

The bathroom includes a window, shower (with a 35 cm high entry), toilet, and hairdryer. A communal library is located in the hallway. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
