The new “Lieblingsort” apartment (completion March 2023) is equipped with every comfort—it leaves nothing to be desired.

It features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet. The floors are covered with wood-look vinyl flooring and feature comfortable underfloor heating. All the windows can be blacked out, and each bedroom has a smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you wouldn’t want to do without even on holiday (refrigerator with freezer compartment, Bosch Tassimo coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, and much more).
The living area, with its comfortable corner sofa and armchair, is perfect for cosy game nights. Here, too, a smart TV ensures top-notch entertainment.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, and hair dryer, is fully equipped. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available in the storage room.

The sunny terrace is furnished with a table, comfortable chairs, and a parasol; there is also a private lawn area and a second terrace.

A private parking space and a storage shed with an electrical socket for your bicycles are also available.

Dogs are “welcome” upon request.

Free Wi-Fi is available (on-site registration required). (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)

There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

We are now able to offer charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsiel Canal Park (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee continuous or unlimited availability.

The same building houses the accommodation “Lütten Uttied,” “Malte,” and “Nordseebrise”; additional accommodation in Grachtenpark II include “Grachtensteern,” “Grachtentied,” “TiefSinn,” “Unnerdack,” “Perle,” “Robbe,” “Schnack-Stuuv,” “Seepferdchen,” and “WATT a feeling.”

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location, with access to the canals, offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
