Sielresidenz right on the water<br><br>Welcome to our beautiful, non-smoking Sielresidenz apartment on the top floor of the building at Achterum 19, located in Greetsiel with a view of the “new Greetsiel Sieltief.” The Zwillingsmühlen, the town centre, and the harbour are all within easy walking distance.<br><br>From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the neighbouring gardens and the “new Greetsiel Sieltief.” The apartment is allergy-friendly; the flooring consists of tiles, and laminate flooring has been installed in the attic.<br><br>On the balcony, you’ll find 4 chairs, a parasol, and a table. Two of these chairs can be converted into a sun lounger.<br><br>There is also a garden shed where you can store any bicycles you bring with you. A power outlet is also available so you can recharge your e-bikes.<br><br>The apartment includes a shared dock (shared with 2 other units) right on the beautiful Greetsiel Sieltief, where you can moor your rented or personal boat or simply enjoy being near the water.<br><br>The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds in the attic. Each bedroom is equipped with a satellite HD TV. The bedroom windows are fitted with blackout blinds and fly screens.<br><br>A travel cot and a high chair are available to you free of charge. <br><br>The living area features underfloor heating and, as a special highlight, a pellet stove. This allows you to enjoy cosy moments even when the weather is bad. From October through April, we provide you with a free supply of pellets for the stove per stay. <br><br>This way, you can enjoy the cosy warmth of a crackling fire at the touch of a button right after you arrive.<br><br>The independent living room ventilation system with heat recovery efficiently supplies the apartment with fresh air while saving energy.<br><br>Adjacent to the spacious living-dining area is the very well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto pad machine, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washer-dryer (combination of washing machine and dryer).<br><br>An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are, of course, also provided.<br><br>The shower room offers ample storage space for your toiletries. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth after your shower. A hair dryer is, of course, included.<br><br>For entertainment, an HD TV with a connected Blu-ray player is available in the living area. You’ll also find a stereo system here. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with an HD TV with satellite reception. <br><br>In the attic, you’ll find an infrared sauna that you can use free of charge during your stay. It offers the option of additional colour light therapy.
