Why they chose this property

We love to boat and fish. We love to actually hear the waves crashing at the beach and see the surfers riding the waves. We love a great view with elevation. We wanted to be close enough to Tamarindo to drive there easily, but live where it’s safe with security and a gated getaway only a golf cart ride away from the new Flamingo marina. The South Ridge of Playa Flamingo checked all of the boxes.

What makes this property unique

Top of the mountain location. Expansive views of the entire area including the beaches and the marina from every room in the house. The guitar shaped infinity pool (hence Casa de Rock). Loved how all four bedrooms are en suite with their own bathrooms and balconies. No fighting over rooms because they are all incredible!
