I had a great stay in October. Great time of year and a large, comfortable place to stay near the city center. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to the Kurhaus casino and other sites. I will stay again.
The whole accommodation was great. Maybe the beds could be better. Maybe my own quality standards for beds are just high.Great location and great views both from the room and a short walk away. Also, walking to the apartment from the city is not too difficult despite the uphill.
The home was well equipped with everything you could need. It is a bit of a steep walk into town, so I wouldn't suggest staying here if you have mobility issues. But parking is easy and the view is great!!
This is a lovely and well appointed apartment in the town of Baden Baden. Located on a hill overlooking the town and great views. Somewhat challenging hill climb (I am not in tip top shape!), there is a bus that stops nearby on an hourly schedule. Loved staying here
We loved staying at this location! The house was very comfortable, our whole family kept saying "it feels like we're staying at Grandma's house!". Everything we needed was there and the whole house was just a nice relaxing place to come home to after a long day of walking around. As others mention, the walk up the hill is a bit challenging, especially carrying luggage, but the view makes it worth it! It was rainy the two days we were there, but we would have loved to use the deck & absolutely loved having the washer/dryer for a quick load. For sure book this apartment if you want a comfortable place to come home to!
I did not know anything about Baden-Baden until I got there, and only then I discovered what a wonderful location this condo is in. The views from the condo are fabulous. It has a small patio that we used for having breakfasts and "tea time", or to just and listen to the birds. The walk into town was easy (if you like walking up and down hills). You can see several of the major sites from the unit or its patio. This unit is well equipped and beautiful. The host answered any questions that I had submited via email in a pompt manner. I would love to return there when I can stay longer.
My family and I loved the apartment! It was well equipped with everything we needed. My 14-year-old son loved the massage chairs. My husband and I loved the balcony and the view. Anna was very helpful before we arrived, answering my questions about places we wanted to visit while staying in Baden-Baden. She also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which meant we could take full advantage of the time we had in Baden-Baden. The location of the apartment is excellent. It's a short walk down to the Caracalla spa and the charming old town, and a longer (but manageable) walk up to the old ruined castle, which my kids loved visiting. If we ever visit Baden-Baden again--and I hope we will--we would love to stay here again. Thank you, Anna!
