Welcome to Arizona Shores, a true throwback to the golden days of the Parker Strip—when long summer days on the river, ski boats tied to the dock, and sunset barbecues on the water were all you needed.

Originally built in 1951 as one of the Parker Strip's classic river resorts, Arizona Shores has been reimagined under new ownership while preserving the nostalgic spirit that made this stretch of the Colorado River legendary. More updates, fun additions, and fresh touches are already in the works as this iconic property begins its next chapter.
Located directly on a wide, deep-water section of the famous Parker Strip, Arizona Shores offers private docks, incredible river views, and an unbeatable waterfront location.
Please note: Arizona Shores is a vintage river resort—not a large vacation home. The entire property is approximately 900 square feet and consists of three separate motel-style suites, each about the size of a traditional hotel room.

Every suite features:
Two Queen beds
A private bathroom
A small kitchenette with the essentials
Its own private entrance
The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across the three suites. While the indoor living space is cozy, the real magic is outside. The entire property is rented to only one group at a time, so you'll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.
Step outside and you'll discover why generations have loved Arizona Shores. Large waterfront decks, shaded patios, comfortable lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire table, ping pong, and private docks create the perfect gathering place. It's the kind of place where kids spend all day jumping off the dock, boats cruise by at sunset, music drifts across the river, and evenings end around the fire under the desert sky.
Bring your boat, jet skis, paddleboards, and river toys—there's plenty of private dock space with easy access to some of the best boating on the Parker Strip. The calmer waters of Lake Moovalya are also perfect for floating, swimming, and relaxing with family and friends.
