Excellent séjour grâce à un lieu exceptionnel

La petite maison de Monica est dans un écrin de verdure, un havre de paix, avec une vue imprenable sur les forêts et les étendues d'eau qui la séparent du bord de mer...seul le concert des oiseaux rompt délicieusement le silence de ce lieu auquel on s'attache trop vite... L'accès aux plages et au centre ville est commode ainsi qu'aux routes qui mènent aux belles villes de Toscane. Le retour en fin de journée dans cette ambiance privilégiée est un atout indiscutable.Que dire de plus? Monica est très aimable, soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes et très réactive en cas de besoin. La belle petite route qui mène à la maison, demande de la prudence dans les lacets, mais c'est le jeu en vaut largement la chandelle !

Plage *moins sauvage mais plus facilement accessible 5'. Tout au bout de la Via EUROPA( accès limité le weekend)en se dirigeant vers TORRE DEL LAGO. Un grand parking donnant accès à des plages privées alternant à des plages accès libre.

Das echte italienische Leben

Eingebettet in das echte Leben, die Bar um die Ecke bei der sich Mittags alle treffen, eine tolle Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer, nette Gastgeber, ruhige Nächte. Was braucht man mehr um sich zu erholen. Hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit und können diese kleine Ruheoase nur empfehlen. Danke an Monica und bis zum nächsten mal ;-)

Casita con encanto y vistas espectaculares.

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en la casita. El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto y es pequeñito pero tiene todo lo necesario para 2 personas. El acceso en coche tiene su complejidad (curvas, pendiente y calles estrechas), pero nunca tuvimos problema para encontrar aparcamiento cerca de la casa. La terraza y sus vistas son espectaculares y los vecines son muy majes y educades. La comunicación con Monica fue muy fluida y siempre nos respondió con rapidez y efectividad. La casita no es perfecta pero es parte de su encanto, y Monica siempre intenta encontrar una solución para cualquier problema inesperado que ocurra. Totalmente recomendable.

Ein kleines Bijou an hervorragender Lage

Wir haben die Zeit und die Ruhe auf den Terrassen genossen. Check-in war unkompliziert und bei Fragen war immer jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Der Eingang zum Häuschen erfolgt über eine längere Treppe. Hier empfiehlt es sich mit leichtem Gepäck zu reisen oder es als Workout zu betrachten. Die Lage ist zentral mit Bar und Restaurant im Dorf. Auch Richtung Meer ist es nicht weit. Mückenspray ist zu empfehlen. Wir können das kleine Häuschen für unkomplizierte Reisende nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Zwischenstopp nahe Viareggio

Wir können das Häuschen nur empfehlen. Urig italienisch eingerichtet, alles da was man benötigt. :) Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort als Zeischenstopp und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch der Kontakt zu Monica war super einfach und haben gute Tipps bekommen - mille gracie :)

Toller Blick aufs Mittelmeer

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings ist sie für 4 Personen doch ziemlich klein. Im 4er Schlafzimmer war es auch nachts extrem warm. Der Ort war sehr hübsch und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes PreisLeistungsverhältnis.

Toskana

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sehr gemütlich und liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Es ist geschmackvoll, hochwertige Materialien, einfach und klar eingerichtet. Wir mochten es vom ersten Moment an. Die beiden Terassen (überdacht und Sonne) sind der Hammer, es ist ein toller Blick, man möchte nicht mehr aufstehen nach dem Frühstück, kann den ganzen Tag dort verbringen. Das Dorf ist ein kleines Dorf am Hang mit vielen Serpentinen, so dass man gut planen muss, was man alles unten machen möchte. Die Lage mit Nähe zu Lucca und Pisa, ein schöner Strand in der Nähe des Pinienwaldes fanden wir toll. Wir waren nach ausgedehntem Frühstück mit frischem Brot aus dem Dorfminimarket tagsüber unterwegs und als Abschluss abends zum Sonnenuntergang baden und dann den Berg hoch Abendessen auf der Terasse. Dafür war das Häuschen und die Lage perfekt. Die Geheimtipp von Monica waren hilfreich und nett. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Danke dafür!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Kleine schöne Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Schöne Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Kleine Geschäfte im Ort, Supermarkt nicht weit entfernt. Sehr gut Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Alles in allem: uns hat es gefallen.

Hunde urlaub klein und bescheiden

Wenn mann es gerne einfach mag dann ist mann hier genau richtig, tolle Aussicht, Hunde erlaubt, die Vermieterin ganz freundlich!! Nicht das Holz vergessen für den offenen Kamin sonst wirds frisch😂😂

Erholsame Novembertage

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico in ruhiger Panoramalage. Für uns 2 plus Hund war die Wohnung sowie die Ablagemöglichkeiten ausreichend groß. Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Morgensonne mit Blick auf die Küste war jeden Morgen möglich. Was will man mehr im November!

Klein aber fein

Gemütlich und heimelig eingerichtete Wohnung, leider ohne Backofen. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar lauschig und hat eine tolle Aussicht über das Land bis zum Meer. Der Kontakt mit Monica war sehr angenehm und extrem unkompliziert! Danke! Wir konnten uns prima erholen! Regina und Michael

Liebevolles Rustico mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Sehr schönes Häuschen/Rustico mit der wirklich notwendigen Ausstattung und vielen besonderen Details innen und mehreren sehr schönen Terrassen mit Blick aufs Meer und Trauben zum Essen. In der Wohnung ist ein dicker Ordner mit nützlichen Urlaubstips. Check in und Out sind unkompliziert. Monica ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt dort.

Schöner Urlaub mit prima Tipps für die Umgebung

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Monica und Wolfgang verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in den Hügeln über Viareggio und doch hat man es nicht weit bis in nahegelegene Städte. Als unser Urlaub zu Ende ging, waren wir etwas traurig, doch es war sehr schön und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tolle Fernsicht

Für 2 Personen gut geeignet, aurreichend Platz, Ausstattung gut mit gemütlichem Außenbereich, Frühstück direkt vor der Tür überdacht mit Weinpflanzen, Abendessen auf der vorgelagerten ebenfalls überdachten Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer, von Livorno bis Viareggio. Ein kleineres Auto ist von Vorteil.

Rustico in Corsanico

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail restaurierter Rustico mit toller Terrasse und einer bombastischen Aussicht. Noch nie habe ich mich so aufs „nachhausekommen“ in mein Feriendomizil gefreut, um den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Eine immer zuvorkommende und herzliche Vermieterin ( hier nochmal lieben Dank an Monica) haben für mich das Gesamtbild abgerundet. An die Serpentinenstraße konnte ich mich schnell gewöhnen (ich fahre allerdings auch einen Kleinwagen, man kommt sogar am Linienbus ohne Probleme vorbei). Die Umgebung läßt sowohl den Strandurlaub (z.b. am Freistrand von Viareggio) als auch die Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca , Cinque Terre, Pisa zu. Ich werde nochmal wiederkommen.

Bienvenue aux amoureux

Bienvenue aux amoureux et aux jeunes couples avec enfants, grand lit pour les uns, et petits lits pour les autres. Un peu loin de l’opulente Firenze, mais proche des plages. Venez toucher les perles blanches de la méditerranée et disparaitre au crépuscule au-delà des braises de Viareggio ! A Lucca allez à la villa GUINIGI ! Vous s’y serez seuls, surveillés par trois gorgones ; concentrez-vous sur les icones et évitez de les regarder dans les yeux.
