It was a perfect stay at a wonderful place. We (family of 4) enjoyed every single minute in this Maria Cristinas house. Starting from the very nice personal welcome, the perfectly clean and spacious rooms and amenities to the great pool and garden, everything was better than expected. We did not even want to leave the place to go to the beach or a lot of sightseeing, as it was so calm and so relaxing. Thank you so much to Maria Cristina and Luca for making our week perfect.

Stunning Place! Beautiful House&Garden

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful holiday home. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility that allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The house itself is creatively and tastefully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and all the amenities we needed were readily available. Thank you for providing such a lovely space—we truly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely house in a peaceful setting in the Tuscan hills

We stayed for a week in September 2018 and were very lucky with the weather. We were met by the owners and welcomed with prosecco and homemade biscuits and we had fresh flowers in the bedrooms which was a nice touch. The house was well equipped with everything you need and was like home from home. There are three double bedrooms and one of them had bunk beds, also 2 bathrooms both with walk in showers. The surroundings were so peaceful and perfect if you want to get away from it all. We visited Lucca a lovely walled city, Pisa and Florence which we went to on the train from Lucca. It is about 20 minutes drive from the coast at Viareggio which is well worth a visit with miles of sandy beaches. I would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. We came back again without hesitation as this house is perfect for us: a high-quality self catering break in a secluded location that is not too far from local attractions, historic cities/towns, good for a bit of walking and running (I wish I'd brought a road and mountain bike too...) and with local restaurants if the mood took us. Fantastic all round and we are all recharged and raring to go. To be honest, we could have stayed and stayed in this traditional, homely, peaceful and very well equipped house.I'm so glad we chose to come back again - it was the right decision (I think we knew that anyway!). A huge thank you to Maria Cristina and Luca for another fantastic break at your super house. We will see you again soon.

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad en kijken met veel plezier terug op onze tijd hier! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons direct welkom. We werden heel warm ontvangen en er stonden zelfs koekjes, prosecco en chips voor ons klaar. Een ontzettend attent en gastvrij gebaar!De accommodatie is prachtig en rustig gelegen, maar tegelijkertijd heel centraal voor het bezoeken van verschillende steden en mooie plekken in Toscane. Hierdoor was het voor ons de perfecte uitvalsbasis: overdag op pad en daarna terugkomen op een rustige plek om heerlijk te ontspannen.Alles was netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. De slaapkamers en bedden waren comfortabel en de badkamers prettig en verzorgd. De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien.De grote tuin was voor ons en onze honden een absoluut pluspunt. Onze honden waren meer dan welkom en konden heerlijk vrij door de ruime tuin struinen. Ook voor ons was de buitenruimte heerlijk, met voldoende zitplekken en ligstoelen, een fijn zwembad en een barbecue voor gezellige avonden.Het contact met Maria was erg prettig; ze was goed bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de hosts waren ontzettend gastvrij.Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat het internet niet altijd goed werkte. Voor ons was dit geen groot probleem.Kortom, een prachtige, rustige en goed verzorgde plek met fijne voorzieningen, een heerlijke grote tuin en ontzettend vriendelijke hosts. Echt een aanrader, ook als je met honden reist! We komen zeker terug

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen gelegen und mit fantastischem Ausblick inmitten der Natur mit Tieren wie Fuchs und Co. Die Zimmer sind besonders liebevoll mit Antiquitären Möbeln und Einrichtungsgegenständen dekoriert und sind geräumig. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist nicht extrem groß aber voll ausreichend. Die Gastgeber Marie Cristine und Luca sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Da wir im August dort waren, und es über längeren Zeitraum sehr heiß war, waren Haus und Schlafzimmer sehr aufgeheizt und die Hitze trotz vorhandenen Ventilatoren schwer aus dem Haus zu bekommen. Hier würden wir eine Klimaanlage empfehlen. Dafür brauchte das Wasser zum duschen trotz Gasboiler ziemlich lange um aufzuheizen. Vom Ferienhaus sind die Strände von z.b. Camaiore oder viareggio in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Lucca sind es nur 20 Minuten. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere gute und auch günstige Restaurants.

Wir hatten als 5-köpfige Familie einen tollen Aufentalt in diesem fantastischen Anwesen.Wir wurden vom Gastgeberpaar mit Proseco und Saft sehr freundlich empfangen.Das Haus und das Grundstück waren fantastisch und sehr gepfegt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich hat einen tollen Pool inmitten eines Olivenbaumhains mit tollem Ausblick in die toskanische Hügellandschaft.Der Pool wird 2mal in der Woche gereinigt und auf Wunsch bekommt man zum Wochenwechsel neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Von gelegentlichen Besuchen der ungefährlichen Nachbarhunden sollte man sich nicht stören lassen.Leider wird es im Haus bei konstant über 30 Grad Tagestemperatur ohne Klimaanlage recht warm, gerade nachts, obwohl es nachts gut abkühlt. Mit vorhandene Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern war aber auch dies gut aushaltbar. Auch muss man an einen guten Mückenschutz denken, obwohl es in den meisten Räumen des Hauses ein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern gibt. Im nahen Dorf gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und Pizzeria. Tagestouren in das nahegelene Lucca (20 min), Pisa (40 min) und Florenz (80 min) sind wärmstens zu empfehlen. Der Strand in Viareggio ist ca 30min entfernt.Der Weg zum Haus ist beim ersten Mal mit einem größeren Auto recht abenteuerlich aufgrund der Enge der Wege und Serpentinen. Aber man hat sich schnell dran gewöhnt.Alles in allem haben wir einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Ein richtig schönes Haus! Es war sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Tag neue Details entdeckt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage in den Olivenwäldern ist toll.Die Küche ist groß und es gibt viel Platz zum sitzen. Die drei Bäder waren schön eingerichtet und geräumig.Neben dem Pool gibt es einen großen Sitzbereich mit Sonnenschutz.Die Gastgeber sind total nett.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, j' ai apprécié que les 2 cheminées soient allumées, quand on arrive le soir fin décembre, c'est un super confort et une très belle attention. La maison est très fonctionnelle, l'extérieur est juste magnifique. La maison semble isolée mais en fait pas du tout, on a pu visiter Pise, les cinq terres et Florence sans problème. Super séjour, un petit bémol pour la pression d'eau mais à part ça, je recommande vivement

Ales was man über die Unterkunft sagen kann - außergewöhnlich! Super nette Vermieter. Das Haus ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen! Die Lage ist beeindruckend, völlig in der Natur gelegen. Olivenhaine, Wald. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, ebenso der Garten und das Grundstück. Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet, ebenfalls die Bäder und die Schlafzimmer. Sehr stilvoll ausgestattet und sauber. Das Haus ist mit einer Alarmanlage ausgestattet. Sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und Haus. Der einzige Nachteil waren die Insekten, die sich am Ende des Sommers ins Haus flüchten. Aber das war nur eine Randerscheinung. Für einen Familienurlaub genau die richtige Location, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub den wir verleben konnten.

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das riesige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Lampen ausgestattet. Wir saßen Abends sehr gern gemütlich beisammen am Pool.Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die vielen kleinen Details, wie der freundliche Empfang mit Prosecco und Gebäck, die wunderschöne Bettwäsche, die vielen Handtücher, die Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen, die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, usw., usw.Dank der regelmäßigen Poolreinigung hatten wir immer sauberes Wasser. Ein tolles Haus mit wirklich allem, was man für 2 Wochen Urlaub braucht. Es liegt etwas abgeschieden vom Strandtrubel (ca. 30 Min Fahrt), dafür ist man sehr schnell im schönen Lucca. Einziges Manko war für uns das eher mäßige Internet auf dem Berg. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gern wieder!

Tolles Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene, drei Kinder - 9, 7, 5 Jahre- und einem Kleinkind) für zwei Wochen im Juni hier und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Gastgeber empfingen uns sehr herzlich und das Haus war überall SEHR sauber! Alles ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Zweimal in der Woche macht Luca den Pool sauber und nach einer Woche bekamen wir frische Handtücher und Bettlaken auf die Terrasse gestellt. Der Garten mit dem Pool und der Terrasse direkt daneben hat einen traumhaft schönen Ausblick auf die Olivenbäume und weiter auf die schon bergige Landschaft. Es ist sehr ruhig etwas im Hinterland gelegen, aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir waren von hier aus in Lucca, Pisa, Livorno und Florenz, sowie in Viareggio am Meer. Alles Ausflüge in die Umgebung und gut machbar. Es fiel schwer, wieder zu gehen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diesen Ort weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit der Familie im Haus "Casa Alice" Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der ganzen Familie sehr freundlich und mit einem Aperitif empfangen. Das Haus ist urig aber mit sehr viel liebe im Detail eingerichtet... Es hat 3 Bäder und viel Platz für 2 Familien. Der Pool war sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Erwachsenen ein Highlight. Die Hausbesitzer Luca und seine Frau sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren mind. 2-3 mal die Woche da um nach dem Pool zu schauen. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus ist sehr abgelegen in mitten von Olivendünen. Man braucht immer das Auto. Die nächstgelegene größere Stadt ist mind. ca.30 min. entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Urlaubswoche in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einem wirklich sehr schönen, sehr gut gepflegten Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, riesigem Außengelände und kleinem aber ausreichendem Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Einkaufen ist zwar nur mit dem Auto möglich, man fährt allerdings auch nur 10 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt. Nach Lucca sind es ca 20 Minuten, nach Pisa ca 40.
