Zentral und ruhig, aber schwache Ausstattung

Das Beste vorweg: Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und ließ uns spontan schon früher rein, um unser Gepäck abzustellen. Super! Die Lage ist zentral in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof und dennoch ruhig. Bei der Ausstattung hingegen gibt es viel Luft nach oben. Insbesondere die extrem harten, unbequemen Betten haben den Aufenthalt überschattet. Der massive, hohe Kleiderschrank lässt sich nicht schließen und schwankt bedenklich (gefährlich!), der sollte dringend an der Wand festgeschraubt werden. Einer der Sessel kippt beim Anlehnen nach hinten weg, auch das nicht ungefährlich. Für uns wurde bei der Ausstattung also zu radikal und an den falschen Stellen gespart. gespart.DDennoch: Eine nette, saubere Ferienwohnung.

Ein urgemütlicher Rückzugsort inmitten der Hansestadt

Ganz oben im Dach gelegen, mit vielen kleinen und größeren Fenstern in der gemütlichen Wohnküche, hatten wir Zeit, die Aufregungen des Tages Revue passieren zu lassen und uns auf den nächsten vorzufreuen. Das große Bad hat es uns auch als 4köpfige Familie nicht zu eng werden lassen. Ein besondere Erwähnung muss außerdem der herzliche ind hilfsbereit e Kontakt zum Vermieter finden

Geeignete Unterkunft für Städtetrip

Lage ist gut. ÖPNV vor der Tür, Bahnhof gut zu erreichen, öffentliches Parken problemlos möglich (5€/Tag), Hafen mit 30 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Der Geschirrspüler war leider defekt, was ja mal vorkommen kann. Das was am negativsten auffiel, war die stellenweise ausbaufähige Sauberkeit.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

An erster Stelle ist zu erwähnen, dass der Gastgeber Gunnar sehr freundlich, schnell, zuverlässig und besonders serviceorientiert kommuniziert. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen hat er uns prompt geholfen (Kind wurde während unseres Aufenthalts krank). Die Wohnung ist schön, in einem tollen Haus. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, liegt das Haus in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Viertel. Ein toller kleiner Spielplatz liegt nebenan. Auch die Reinigungskraft war sehr freundlich und umsichtig (Bett an die Wand geschoben, damit das Kind nicht rausfallen kann...). Wir haben uns trotz Krankheit sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach, tolle Lage im Villenviertel, Altstadt in Fußnähe, Supermarkt um die Ecke - alles bequem erreichbar. Einzig die quietschenden Betten im Schlafzimmer waren eine kleine Herausforderung und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Mich als „Leichtschläfer“ zog es daher in das Wohnzimmer. Und trotzdem: herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Auszeit an den netten Vermieter!

Tolle Unterkunft

Schöne und großzügige Wohnung in echt top Lage. In 15min ist man zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte und in 5min am Bahnhof. Perfekt für ein (langes) Wochenende in Rostock:) Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr nett:)

Wohnung mit Potenzial

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gut und erfolgte in der Regel prompt. Der Schlüsselsafe für die Übergabe war für uns leider nicht selbsterklärend (im Gegensatz zu den beiden anderen Varianten, die wir bei unserer Reise hatten), eine kurze Erläuterung vorab wäre hilfreich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, aber recht zentral und in Bahnhofsnähe, so daß man auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zurecht kommt. Da es sich um ein „Anwohnerparkgebiet“ handelt ist das Parken in der Nähe gebührenpflichtig oder aber weiter entfernt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut, die Ausstattung ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich zusammengewürfelt, alles was noch so über war. Das Umdrehen in den Betten und das Öffnen der Schlafzimmerschranktüren ist ungewollt sehr geräuschvoll - hier wären Abhilfemaßnahmen erforderlich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Rostocker Villenviertel

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen: die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet; die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wohnen im gleichen Haus, sind also gut erreichbar, falls es Fragen gibt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und 5min fußläufig zum Rostocker Hbf, was wir als sehr praktisch empfunden haben- so kann man z.B. ganz schnell und ohne große Fußwege mit der S-Bahn an die Ostsee nach Warnemünde an den Strand fahren:-) Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!
