Meine Frau und ich durften zu Gast sein in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit unglaublich fanatischer Aussicht in Roses.Ein besseres Grundstück kann es in Roses für eine Immobilie nicht geben.Die Kommunikation mit Frau Peschel war reibungslos, unkompliziert und einfach perfekt.Alle Fragen wurden schnell und gut beantwortet.Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, gepflegt, klimatisiert und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Umgebung.Auch tolle Strände sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Wichtig, ein Auto wird hier definitiv benötigt.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und wir können auch die Betreuung durch Frau Peschel empfehlen.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.@Frau Peschel Vielen Dank für Ihre Betreuung und den schönen Urlaub.

The house is gorgeous! The location breath taking. The pool needs recovery, we were wounded by the missing little stones in the stairs of the pool. Furthermore, we didn’t like the hurry the host had to show us the facilities of the of the house and her tone of voice when we left the house. Very unfriendly. Sometimes you better quit a job when you’re doing it for so many years. We won’t rent a house via this agency again.

At the same time, we would like to clarify a few points in your review. During check-in, all important information about the property was explained in detail. At no point was it our intention to rush you or come across as unfriendly. As explained during the property introduction, the outdoor areas, including the pool, are scheduled for a complete renovation this year. The rooftop terrace has already been fully renovated. Regarding the pool, the safety of our guests is our highest priority. Had the issue you described been reported during your stay, we would have arranged an immediate inspection. Following your departure, the pool was inspected, and the planned renovation works are proceeding as previously announced. We would also like to point out that the check-out procedure discussed upon your arrival unfortunately did not take place as agreed, as we were not informed of the time of your departure. Despite these circumstances, we chose to handle your stay in a professional and respectful manner.

Das war mit Abstand das Beste was wir bisher erleben durften! Buchung, Ankunft, Einweisung, Übergabe, Betreuung… Das Haus war in einem perfekten und äußerst sauberen Zustand, alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen, eindrucksvollen und reibungslosen Urlaub benötigt. Vielen Dank Frau Peschel für 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Top-Ferienhaus!

Perfekte Auszeit

Ich suchte ein Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, Meerblick und ruhige Lage. Dieses Haus war perfekt. Gut aufgeteilt, toller Blick auf die Bucht von Roses, gute Ausstattung. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wer nicht immer mit dem Auto loswill sollte ein e-Bike, E-Roller oder so etwas in der Art mitbringen. Das Haus liegt 250m über dem Meer.
