Ground floor layout:
Large, air-conditioned living room (65 m²) with a sofa
+ Dining table with 16 chairs
+ Fully equipped open-plan kitchen
+ Two air-conditioned bedrooms with a 180 cm bed setup (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and a shared bathroom (shower, toilet, sink)
+ One air-conditioned master suite with shower, toilet, and sink
+ Guest toilet.

Upstairs layout:
3 air-conditioned master suites with 180 cm bed setups (two 90 cm beds pushed together) and private bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink)

We gain about eight to ten degrees over the average daytime outdoor temperature. There is a large terrace with two tables seating 16 people for meals near the charcoal barbecue.
You will have six sun loungers at your disposal, as well as a pleasant outdoor seating area under a bioclimatic pergola.

Indoor parking for three vehicles. Fully enclosed grounds.
