Relaxing water front home on Lake Hartwell, S. C. Beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the porch cover outdoor grill area or take the kayaks out on the lake. Owner occupied boat slip. BYO boat and or jet skis to tie up to dock. Quiet neighborhood. Golf cart path to water. Bring your own golf cart. Minutes to Portman Marina and the Galley restaurant.

There is a concrete pathway to the water. There are 2 cats that wonder around the property. There is a cat automatic cat feeder under the porch. Sometimes they will come on the porch, but they are afraid of dogs
Fireplace on the porch is just for looks. Not for use.
There are 3 locked rooms. Please stay off the retaining wall.
