This 5700 square feet house comes with 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, each level opening onto the large back decks, great for entertaining. Great waterfront with a easy walk to the shore. The house sits on 2.8 ac fenced and gated to add beautiful privacy to your vacation. House information: Master Bedroom: king Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, 2 double beds and sofa bed| Bedroom 3: Queen bed and sofa bed, Bedroom 4: Queen bed, two double beds. This home is nestled in a quiet cove on the shores of Lake Hartwell. The kitchen is fully equipped to assist with any of your favorite food.

Our house is located in a rural neighborhood, very beautiful for a walk or biking.
You can enjoy seeing lots of cute animals like deers, foxes, squirrels and lots of kinds of birds.
We have our private dock, it’s about two minutes walk through a beautiful trail covered with trees.
You get to enjoy the beautiful view of the sunset every evening from our dock.
We also have lots of all sizes life jackets, fishing roads, two kayaks, two paddle boards and some floats that you’re welcome to use
Lastly, we have our SouthBay Tritoon 24 feet that we rent out only for guests.
