The new building is very centrally located, yet only 200 m from the spa beach. This apartment offers all the comforts you could expect for a relaxing holiday. Located right next to the spa park and just a few steps from the beach, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in Laboe with all the comforts you need. From the living room and both bedrooms, you have direct access to the large (25 sqm) rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Laboe stretching all the way to the Baltic Sea. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (penthouse) and is easily accessible by lift. Your pet is also welcome here.

Wir waren 3 Monate im Winter in der Wohnung. Wunderbar! Es fehlt an nichts. Blick über die Dächer und Blick auf die großen Schiffe. Moderne, hochwertige Einrichtung, bequeme Betten. In 3 Minuten am Strand, am Hafen und im Zentrum. Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr große Sonnenterrasse mit Wintergarten und Strandkorb.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse lädt sehr zum verweilen ein. Wegen des schlechten Wetters sind wir leider nicht in ihren Genuss gekommen. Vom Balkon aus sieht man auch die Kreuzfahrtschiffe vorbeiziehen. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Über den Dächern mit Blick auf Meer und Schiffe nah am wunderschönen Kurpark (für Hundebesitzer) und an der Strandpromenade. Toll ist die teilweise Verglasung der großen Dachterrasse, denn nun kann man auch bei Wind und Regen bequem draußen sitzen. Zugang zur Dachterrasse über alle 3 Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wer möchte kann waschen und trocknen. Die Betten sind bequem. Laboe hat es im März wirklich gut mit uns gemeint - 1 Woche Sonnenschein. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Laboe und sicherlich auch in diese tolle Wohnung.

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation, ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah zum Strand und Zentrum, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr gute Ausstattung, schöner Wintergarten besonders für kältere Tage, gute Aussicht, Parkplatz in hauseigener Garage. Es gab ein paar schöne Extras, wie z.B eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kopfkissen, ausreichend Handtücher, kleines Duschgel und Shampoo. Nur die Balkonstühle waren teils sehr wackelig und sollten repariert oder ausgetauscht werden. Sternabzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit, die ist stellenweise ausbaufähig.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der neue Wintergarten lädt zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Wetter zum draußen sitzen ein . Wir haben jeden Tag in Laboe genossen und vom Balkon aus die Schiffe beobachtet.
