Just next to the property is a 4x4 road that goes to one of the best and most peaceful spots to relax on the Yuba River. UTV excursions to the Yuba can be arranged pending host availability, or bring you own 4x4 with clearance. The cabin is 15 minutes from downtown Nevada City or Grass Valley.
