THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN NORDDEICH (not on Norderney)! <br><br>The "Mariechen 2" holiday apartment spans 52 square metres across the upper floor and attic and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is located behind the dike, so it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Norddeich beach. The ferry terminal of the Frisia AG shipping company (from which ferries depart for the islands of Juist and Norderney) is only about 200 metres away. <br><br>The living room features Wi-Fi and a large TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room. The bedroom, also equipped with a TV, features a double bed. In addition to the bathroom with a shower, there is a separate toilet. The additional sleeping area in the converted attic is accessible via a staircase from the living room. The sleeping area is furnished with two single beds (ideal for children). Please note that there is limited headroom in the centre, measuring 180 cm. The garden features a covered patio with a table and chairs. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available (for shared use), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. A parking space next to the house is also included with the apartment. Your four-legged friend is welcome here, as the holiday rental warmly welcomes dogs.
