Great Host!

Sven was an excellent host, very easy to work with and helped with a self-inflicted issue. The apartment is exactly as advertised, and well-located near the city center. Sorry walking distance to Konigsplatz and other areas of interest. Couldn't be happier with our stay!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Parkplätze im öffentlichen Raum, direkt gegenüber, vorhanden. Für 6 Euro konnte man den ganzen Tag parken. Die Wohnung liegt im EG, aber es geht 6 Treppen hoch. Beschriftung an der Klingel wäre schön. Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, außer weitere Müllsäcke. Wir hatten leider nur einen für den offenen Mülleimer, was mit Kleinkind mit Windeln, nicht so angenehm war.

Wir hatten als Gruppe die Apartments 2 und 4. Die Lage ist extrem zentral zur Innenstadt von Kassel, allerdings auch nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Die Apartments befinden sich in älteren Mietshäusern. Beide Apartments sind richtig schön eingerichtet, die Fotos geben exakt den Zustand wieder. Alles ist extrem sauber, die Wäsche riecht gut, technisch ist alles top. Am bemerkenswertesten ist aber die Ausstattung. Vom reichlichen Geschirr bis zum Kaffeevollautomat ( inkl. Bohnen ! ) ist alles ( aber wirklich alles !! ) vorhanden. Diese vielen Details machen es aus.

Entsprach nicht den Erwartungen wie dargestellt

Leider können wir hier nur die Nähe zur City hervorheben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch gut, es gab schnell eine Rückmeldung. Was nicht gut war, die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Viertel wo überwiegend ausländische Mitbürger leben, welche recht laut in der Nacht waren. Wir wurden sogar aus dem Bett gegen 1:30 geklingelt. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu Wünschen übrig. Die Hauptstr.war auch recht laut, was man durch eine Jalousie sicher abdämpfen könnte, wenn denn eine im Jalousiekasten drin gewesen wäre. Es wurden eigentlich nur die schönen Seiten fotografiert. Wirklich schade, bisher hatten wir immer Glück, hier leider nicht

Also das Apartment befindet sich sehr innenstadtnah was die meisten unserer Gäste als sehr vorteilhaft empfinden da man kein Auto braucht und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Das es dort ausländische Mitbürger gibt finde ich jetzt nicht ungewöhnlich...ist das nicht in jeder anderen Stadt genauso? Wenn etwas nicht sauber gewesen sein sollte, hätten Sie uns das sofort sagen können und wir hätten gerne nochmals jemand geschickt. Wie ich Ihnen schon gesagt hatte, hat das Schlafzimmer einen Rolladen, aber manchmal hängt es etwas beim Herunterlassen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Der Kontakt zum Wohnungsanbieter war sehr nett und immer super schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
