This comfortably furnished 2-room apartment, measuring 45 m² and accommodating 3 people, is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift. The holiday rental is situated right next to the beach—just a few steps separate you from the Baltic Sea.

The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa bed for one person and a smart TV, as well as a dining area for 4 people. The southeast-facing balcony, complete with seating, is perfect for total relaxation and even offers a side view of the sea.
The open, integrated kitchenette—equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker—ensures a stress-free cooking experience.
The separate bedroom, featuring a smart TV and a double bed with a full-width topper, ensures a restful night’s sleep.
The modern bathroom with a toilet and shower guarantees a refreshing start to the day. A parking space is available in the underground garage (the path to the apartment is not wheelchair accessible).

The apartment has Wi-Fi. One dog is welcome; a second dog is allowed only upon request.
Washing machines and dryers are available in the building for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The holiday complex is located near the beach in a traffic-calmed zone and is ideal for family holidays. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the beautiful Dünenmeile with its boutiques and cafes, the spa gardens, and the tennis courts. You can easily reach the apartments by lift. An underground car park is available to guests in the building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement; use is available for a fee.
