Welcome to the well-maintained and quiet "Linda-Lu" apartment complex.<br><br><br>This spacious two-room apartment is furnished to accommodate 2–3 people. It is located on the ground floor and features a large, furnished, covered south/west-facing balcony with exterior shutters.<br><br><br>The living room features a leather corner sofa bed for one person, an armchair, a TV, a DVD player, a dining area for four people, and indirect lighting that turns cosy evenings into the highlight of the day.<br><br><br>The open-concept kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.<br><br><br>The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, with separate mattresses), a spacious closet, and exterior roller shutters.<br><br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hand and overhead showerheads, a towel dryer, a toilet, a hair dryer, a bathroom radio, and a Velux window. A complimentary toiletries set consisting of hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap is available to guests. <br><br>For the 2026 season, we have reserved a free beach chair for you at the “Hampton am North-Beach” beach chair rental on the beach from May 15 through September 15.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the communal basement. It is located right next to the garages. Bicycles can be parked in the garage on the right.<br>You can also relax in the well-maintained garden area, which features a seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a cosy gazebo.<br><br><br>Special features for you:<br><br><br>Internet via hotspot included.<br>Bed linens and towels are included here.<br><br><br>Pets are not allowed in this apartment.<br>This apartment is reserved for non-smokers only.<br>We have a parking space and a bicycle garage available for you.<br><br><br>Grounds:<br><br> Take advantage of our well-maintained garden area for relaxation, featuring a seating area, a lawn for lounging, and a cosy gazebo. Children and pets are welcome here.<br><br>Our property is quietly situated amid the magnificent landscape of Schleswig-Holstein, close to both the sea and the forest. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, from which you can use the Ostsee-Card to take a comfortable, discounted ride to the beach—and back, of course. Alternatively, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The Ostsee-Therme spa and the golf course are approximately 2.5 km away. An ideal starting point for all your adventures.<br><br> Look forward to 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments, some of which have been completely refurnished with an eye for detail, featuring a balcony (with the exception of Apartment 07) or a terrace, ranging in size from 29 m² to 75 m².<br><br> Each apartment features a kitchen—some with a dishwasher—a bathroom with a shower, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.
