A quiet, detached, and very comfortable non-smoking holiday home with 2 comfortable apartments and a sauna, situated on a 10-ar lot on the outskirts of town. <br><br>A note regarding our prices: The daily rental rate is based on 2 adults and their children under 16 years of age. Therefore, please specify the ages of the children and other travellers at the start of your trip when making your enquiry! The final cleaning fee of 75,- € must be paid on site and therefore cannot be listed as a fixed fee on this portal, as that would require the entire amount to be paid by credit card. The processing fee applies only to bookings of fewer than 7 nights. <br><br>The Pethan 2 Comfort Apartment is located on the top floor and features a cosy living area with a wood-burning stove, a dining area, a comfortable kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee makers, and much more, a bedroom with a double bed; upstairs only: an additional sleeping area in the attic with 2 pull-out beds; a bathroom with shower and toilet; and a large south-facing rooftop terrace with a beach chair. We are very proud to have received a full 5-star rating for this beautiful apartment during the 2022 classification!<br>The garden, featuring a sandpit and a climbing swing, is available to all guests of the house.<br><br>In the annex of the house is our small wellness area with a Finnish sauna offering a view of the vast fields. A washing machine, a dryer, and an additional bathroom are also available here. <br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We provide several bicycles for a small fee. Unfortunately, the Vrbo rental price calculator cannot determine the correct rates. For example, families with children under 16 do not pay a surcharge for the 3rd and 4th person, and we will adjust the rental price accordingly. The visitor’s tax must be paid separately to us. The fee for final cleaning—or, upon request, for bed linens and towels—must be paid in cash on site. We rent exclusively in accordance with German law!<br><br>The large garden, approximately 700 square metres in size, offers plenty of space to relax in one of the beach chairs and play in the sandpit or on the climbing swing. The North Sea dike, visible and only about 850 metres away, is within easy reach. The coastal resort towns of Neuharlingersiel, Harlesiel, and Carolinensiel—with their vast array of recreational activities—can be reached in just a few minutes via the well-developed network of bike paths. Parking is available on the property. Garage available upon request. The Nordseeoase Pethan is a strictly non-smoking property. <br><br>Upon arrival, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc., are of course provided, and guests are responsible for restocking these items if more is needed. <br><br>Our prices are always based on a maximum of 2 adults and their children up to age 15.
