We are renting out a beautiful, approximately 85-square-meter holiday apartment with an approximately 60-square-meter rooftop terrace for private use. With 5 separate sleeping areas, it is also ideal for construction crews. The modern apartment features a large, comfortable built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a spacious new bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a large walk-in closet. The large open-concept living area features three additional single beds, a cosy TV nook, and a large seating area. The apartment also includes a large foosball table. Towels, bed linens, a parking space, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge. Our beautiful holiday rental is idyllically located in Ursensollen, a town with 3,800 residents and plenty of forests, nature, and hiking and biking trails in the surrounding area. Ursensollen is located right off the A6 Amberg West highway exit. The distance to Amberg (the nearest major city with 44,000 residents) is 10 km. On the A6, it’s about 60 km to Nuremberg and Regensburg. An Edeka supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A drink store is located right in the building. Payment is made on site in cash or by debit/credit card. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
