Apartment is very good, large enough for a family of four, although the kitchen is small and there is no oven. Very warm in the apartment which was lovely.The apartment could have been cleaner - it was dusty and we found empty bottles and used tissues underneath the beds etc. The facilities in the apartment block are excellent - swimming pool and kids play room were a great bonus to have, especially on wet days. The area is spectacular - close to the suspension bridge, waterfall, and lots of walks. The bus stops 2 mins down the road and there is a lovely bakery next door - warm pretzels for breakfast!

Das Apartment ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen (zB Teppich, Gardinen, Tapete, Küche). Die Anlage mit kleinem Pool im Keller, Billard, Tischtennis und Kicker sind aber super. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist auch ne Wucht. Werden aber aufgrund des Apartments nicht nochmal hierher kommen. Trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub mit toller Lage zur Blackforrestline (Spaziergangnähe).

Eine kleine, aber saubere Unterkunft in unschlagbarer Lage. Sehr praktisch war der kleine Dorfladen mit frischen Brötchen, Eiern und anderen Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf. Nur die Küche war sehr klein aber ausreichend, wenn man nicht vorhat, ein Dreigängemenü zu kredenzen. Super fanden wir auch den Spieleraum mit Billardtisch, Tischtennis und Kicker. Hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters auch bei Schwierigkeiten und perfekte Organisation des Aufenthalts von Check-in bis zum Check-out. Alles in einem ein tolles Erlebnis!

Die Ferienresidenz Roseneck liegt im ruhigen Ortskern des Luftkurorts Todtnauberg im südlichen Schwarzwald. Sie bietet eine ideale Unterkunft für Familien, Paare und Aktivurlauber, die Erholung in der Natur suchen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das hauseigene Hallenbad mit Elefantenrutsche, das besonders bei unseren Kindern beliebt war. Die Ferienresidenz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Wanderwegen und Skiliften. Die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend für Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Skifahren und Mountainbiken.

Matratzen im Schlafzimmer einwenig zu dünn. Aussicht aus den Fenstern Kinderzimmer und Schlafzimmer gehen zum Eingang und deswegen dunkel, aber da tut man ehe nur schlafen. Balkonaussicht sehr schön in die Berge und Abends leuchtet am Berg die Kirche. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden auch gerne noch mal kommen. In gleiche Appartement. Dankeschön
