Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Villa Sonneck is located right on Wilhelmstraße, the magnificent heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, and just 300 metres from the famous pier.

The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and is, of course, accessible by lift. The 57 m² two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features an approximately 13 m² balcony with a beach chair and additional seating.

The apartment is furnished in a country house style and features a kitchenette equipped with various appliances. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival, fresh towels will be provided and the beds will already be made. A travel cot can also be provided upon request.

Free parking is available for guests, and the nearest public transit bus stop is approximately 500 metres away, while the nearest train station is about 800 metres away.

On the ground floor, there is an Italian restaurant, and in the basement, guests will find a modern sauna area as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

The beautiful holiday apartment No. 10 is located on the ground floor (accessible by lift) and features a separate entrance with a large hallway. It measures approximately 57 square metres, accommodates up to 4 adults and one child up to 3 years old in a travel cot. The holiday apartment has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style and is rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

Guests staying in this holiday rental can also use free Wi-Fi. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, an armchair, a table, and a modern flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a wide range of other kitchen utensils.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a wardrobe. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Fresh towels will be ready upon your arrival, and the beds will already be made with linens.
