Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, public parking on the road. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Aprilia" 18 km, ferry "Isole Pontine" 19 km.
