It’s located on the ground floor of a historic, protected building (dating back to 1792) on historic Rosengasse, with a fantastic view of the romantic alley and many beautiful half-timbered houses. <br><br>The two-room apartment faces south, has a bright interior, and can accommodate four people and a baby. Children and babies are very welcome here! A travel cot and a high chair are available in the apartment. <br><br>The living room, dining area, and open kitchen are all in one room. The bedroom, bathroom, and hallway are separate, enclosed spaces.<br><br>The built-in kitchen is fully equipped: induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware. High-quality spices, olive oil, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals are also provided. You can then enjoy your culinary creations at the sheesham wood table and on the comfortable chairs. <br><br>We’ve also prepared various types of tea and a selection of coffee capsules for the NESPRESSO coffee machine.<br><br>A large and comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep. A comfortable pull-out couch (1.40 x 2 m) in the living room allows four people to stay overnight. The 50" smart TV lets you access Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, or media libraries, or browse through TV programming. Of course, Netflix is included and free for you during your stay with us. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch’s récamière and wind down the evening with books, magazines, or a board game.<br><br>In the bathroom, you can choose whether to take a shower or a bath. The shower curtain gives you flexibility. For the little ones’ bath time fun, we’ve provided some rubber ducks and bubble bath. Of course, we provide fresh towels, a hair dryer, and bathroom essentials. You can use the washing machine in the bathroom free of charge. <br><br>The fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) and the Nespresso coffee machine also make working in the apartment a pleasure.<br><br>When the weather is nice, the garden in the quiet backyard invites you to linger. You can admire and experience the historic surroundings—featuring 17th-century buildings—up close.
