The quiet holiday flat is located in a three-storey, fully renovated town house built around 1890 with only two tenants. The flat is 77 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with 32-inch flat-screen TV, dining table and seating area; a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven as well as a seating area, and a bathroom with bathtub, washer-dryer and WC. Both bedrooms, the living room and the hallway have laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
It is possible to use the quiet garden behind the house. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced and has its own car park which can be used free of charge. There is also a lockable parking space for bicycles.
Two children up to the age of 14 may be accommodated free of charge if sleeping facilities are provided for them (e.g. baby cot).

Gut renovierte und ausgestattete Altbauwohnung im 2. OG. . Bei der Ankunft gab uns der Vermieter viele gute Tipps. Wir bekamen sogar ein Glas Honig aus eigener Produktion und einen reichhaltigen Obstteller zur Begrüßung.Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und falls Fragen oder irgendwas sein sollte, sind sie gut erreichbar.Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Wir waren aber viel zu Fuß unterwegs, da alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist: Kaufland max. 5 min. / Porzellanmanufaktur ca. 15 Min./ Innenstadt ca. 20-25 Min.Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Zur Begrüßung stand ein frischer Obstteller bereit,sowie ein Glas Honig aus eigener Imkerei. . Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zur Absprache An und Abreise unkompliziert und sehr freundlichen. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall gern wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Es war alles so wie beschrieben 5 Sterne.

Eine gut ausgestattete, geräumige, ruhige Wohnung mit freundlichen Vermietern 10 Gehminuten von der Porzellanmanufaktur entfernt. Auch als Basislager für Ausflüge in die Gegend günstig.
Superfreundliche Vermieter, tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz, guter Ausstattung und eigenem Parkplatz. Check-In und -Out vollkommen problemlos, da wurden sogar tagesaktuelle Kulturinfos zur Verfügung gestellt, sagenhaft - sogar ein frischer Obst-Teller stand bereit! Vielen Dank für Ihr Gastgeschenk (kl. Glas Honig)! Fazit: Wir empfehlen Sie weiter und kommen gern mal wieder!
Trotz sehr später Anreise gab's keinerlei Probleme mit dem Check in. Sehr nette Vermieter, großzügige und sehr saubere Wohnung, gute Lage (S Bahn und Bus in nächster Nähe), privater Parkplatz im Hof, kl. Garten, Grillmöglichkeit, Getränke und Obst standen bereit, die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
Alles super. Schöne Altbauwohnung in der Nähe der Porzellanmanufaktur. Nicht weit weg von der Innenstadt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen S Bahnhof, mit dem man problemlos nach Dresden oder ins Elbsandsteingebirge kommt .
