With its excellent location right near the Lahnhöhenweg hiking trail and the Lahntal bike path, this holiday home offers easy access to numerous cultural attractions and sporting activities.

The holiday home is functionally furnished and the perfect place for your stay, with two bedrooms that can accommodate a total of five people.

In the dining room, you’ll find a large dining table and a cosy corner bench, perfect for long, convivial meals. In the living room, you can settle in on the modern two-seater sofas and the comfortable armchair and enjoy the evening in front of the large Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, or Prime Video.

The fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated and offers everything your heart desires: a ceramic cooktop, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, a huge refrigerator and freezer, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils.

You’ll be delighted by the inviting entryway that leads you directly into your holiday home. The spacious bathroom offers all the comforts you need. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge.

In the spacious garden and on the covered terrace, you can relax and enjoy nature. These areas are reserved exclusively for our guests’ use.

For your convenience, there are public and free parking spaces located just about 30 metres from the accommodation.

This charming holiday home is located in the idyllic village of Fachingen, known for its famous “Staatl. Fachingen” healing waters. During the warm season, the public outdoor pool in the neighbouring village of Birlenbach is just a short 800-meter walk away and offers a refreshing way to cool off.

The holiday home is a perfect retreat, as the Fachingen train station is just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can easily reach the historic town of Diez, which is just one stop away and well worth a visit for its magnificent Oranienstein Castle and the Diez Count’s Castle. In Diez, you’ll also find a climbing park, an ice rink, an indoor swimming pool, and many restaurants and shopping options.

The breathtaking half-timbered old town of Limburg and the famous Limburg Cathedral are just a few minutes’ drive or one more stop away from Fachingen and offer numerous culinary experiences and recreational activities, such as a cinema, an indoor trampoline park, and a go-kart track.

For spiritual experiences, you can visit Holy Mother Meera in neighbouring Balduinstein and receive her blessing, known as darshan.

If you’d like to relax, visit the Emser Therme in the spa town of Bad Ems—just 30 minutes away—and pamper yourself with wellness treatments and massages.
