Our holiday rental is located right next to fields and woods and offers excellent, comfortable amenities. All your needs are taken care of, including a sun terrace and access to our beautiful garden with patio furniture and a grill, as well as a private sauna.

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and is therefore accessible to people with disabilities. The entire property is fenced in. Bicycle storage is available in the carport. In 2024, the entire apartment was renovated and a sauna was installed.

The holiday rental features a pellet stove. It has a separate entrance and its own terrace with patio furniture and a gas grill.

Non-smoking accommodation. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

The diverse low mountain range has a lot to offer—experience the natural diversity of the Nassau Nature Park with its idyllic stream valleys and charming views.

Welschneudorf is the southernmost village in the Westerwald and is located in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic Rhein-Lahn district.

In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the county seat of Montabaur, with its pedestrian zone, historic district, factory outlet, and castle. Explore Montabaur’s historic city centre and enjoy the regional diversity.

Or visit cultural attractions such as Montabaur Castle, Limburg Cathedral, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress with its Electoral Palace, and the "Deutsches Eck," where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet.

The castles and palaces along the Rhine and Moselle, the geyser in Andernach, and the Sayner Hütte in Bendorf with its butterfly park are also definitely worth a visit.

But the Kannenbäckerland region also has plenty to offer.

Our holiday rental is surrounded by green pastures and forests, located right on the outskirts of town—just 150 metres away from the edge of the forest, where you can set out on your first hikes. The garden and terrace are entirely at your disposal and invite you to enjoy a barbecue or breakfast outdoors.

You can find excellent barbecue options right in the town centre at our butcher, Lehmler—known far beyond the region’s borders—and a bakery and supermarket are also within walking distance.

Furthermore, two restaurants serving home-style cuisine and great steak options are just a stone’s throw away.
