Studio w/Private Bath, Queen Size bed, Desk area, Dining Space, Full Kitchen, In-unit Laundry, Outdoor porch with pond views and private entrance on an 18-acre rustic gated farm. Free Parking on Premises. Access to SAUNA/Hot tub/Cold Plunge, Home gym, Porch Library, Pond, BBQ area, Fire pit, Community garden and outdoor Movie Screen.

New 0.8 mile Hiking trail wraps around the farm. There are goats, bunnies, guinea pigs and chickens, so you are welcome to get fresh eggs daily.

The farm is near restaurants, bars and shops, 30 mins to DC and DCA, 10 mins to Costco.
