Good host willing to answer any questions you have. Good location for exploring down town DC,right next to the capital. Parking is the only thing that I had troubles with.

This property was a great find! It is incredibly located within walking distance to the Capitol and museums. There are a plethora of cute, local restaurants, bars, and cafes. Check in and out was easy. Blackout curtains and a comfy bed made it easy to rest well after exploring the Capitol. I am glad to have found a comfortable place to stay for my annual trip to DC!

Great location for sightseeing, baseball game, pizza, and ice cream. Apartment was clean and shower pressure was great. As mentioned in the description, you hear footsteps and water pipes. The host is quick to respond and is on site for assistance.

This place is a "Gem" in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Capitol, Supreme Court and the Congress buildings. I highly recommend it!

Hosts were very helpful and explained well what was going on. Also is a perfect location if you want to walk to the Supreme Court or the Capitol building. Is a safe neighborhood next to some nice restaurants. Next time I visit DC I would definitely return to this area.

Great location, close to every thing , stores restaurants , metro stations. No need to rent a car. the entrance patio was dirty with hoses and extra stuff, not enough light, I didn't feel safe. The grab bar to go down the stairs was so loose that they removed . The interior was clean, new bathroom , the bed was good, no night table , no closet , the couch was bad, no salt and other condiments . They provided a lot of water that was good thank you. Because it's a baseman they warned you about the noise, but it was not bad , they provided a whole container of earplugs that I never used. I had a great time in Wahington DC for 4th of July,

This studio basement apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for my week on Capitol Hill. The host was gracious with communication and provided assistance quickly when needed. Drawbacks were no Microwave, small fridge/freezer, no laundry facilities, and the apartment was a bit small. Overall, it was a nice, suitable space for a single traveler. I would stay again.
