The apartment is located in a three-family house with private entrance and private covered terrace with garden. About stairs there is an exit to the pool area.
The pool is heated by solar heating, so well suited for the preseason.
It has a beautiful covered terrace with stunning panoramic views. There is a living-dining room (with air conditioning) and kitchenette,
1 bathroom, 1 bedroom.

There are enough car parking spaces on the property. The garden is very spacious and well maintained, beautifully landscaped in a mediterranean style. There is plenty of space and various seating and berths.

In a few minutes you can reach the sandy beach, shops and restaurants.

Very private atmosphere - and the tenants are completely undisturbed.
