This is a very clean and cozy unit. It’s in a nice area of North Myrtle Beach and had easy access to the beach. The beach chairs they provided were very convenient.

This condo is exactly as pictured, clean, right on the beach, and tastefully decorated. Towels, and washcloths were plentiful!Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, silverware, pots and pans!! ( ALL NEW )Beds were comfortable and my grandson totally loved the octopus on the wall and on the bed!!The only bad part was leaving this home away from home!! Thanks so much for allowing us the use of the condo!! Hoping to return when we can!!

The condo was exactly as listed. Nicely furnished and clean. The pool area was nice. The only fault I had was the parking garage is not suitable for larger vehicles. There are signs in the ground floor that say reserved for large vehicles but no one abides by those. I also wish more wash cloths and towels were left for the stay. We could have paid extra for an exchange but we ended up buying more since it was cheaper.

I want to start by saying the host was extremely responsive to our issues. We only stayed 2 nights. The condo building itself was extremely outdated and needed a lot of TLC. The condo needs a deep clean. We had a terrible issue with people smoking weed in surrounding units which caused issues with relaxing on balcony and it was even coming through the vents. I contacted the host and it was taken seriously. However, the situation was scary as security came up and spoke to the next door condo and things escalated quite a bit. There was screaming and cursing. We felt like we couldn’t leave the condo the rest of the night. Thank you to the host for being responsive. This may have been a one off and I hope it was but it was not somewhere I would stay again.

I’m sorry your stay was less than perfect. That being said, you reached out to me at 9 pm on the last night of your stay (a Sunday) to mention the issue with the neighbor. Had you let me know sooner, the on-site security could have enforced the building-wide no smoking policy sooner. As for the unit cleanliness, this is a new-to-us unit, and my cleaning team spent four days cleaning it from top to bottom when we acquired it. Every other review we’ve received has noted how clean the unit is, and all of the towels and linens provided are brand new.
