Unsere Beurteilung: Die Heizung im Wohn- Küchenbereich war defekt und ließ sich nicht reparieren. Wir bekamen zur FeWo nur einen Schlüssel. Selbständige Unternehmungen waren somit unmöglich. KEIN WLAN !!! Somit keine Mediathek etc.. Keine Leselampe im Wohnzimmer, lediglich eine 25W Lampe über dem Tisch. Küchenzeile ohne Arbeitsfläche, obwohl der Platz hierfür da ist. Für 4 Betten in 2 Zimmern nur 1 Nachttischlampe!!! Das Licht geht nur an den Türen zu schalten, also geht man im dunkeln. Flurlampe 3flammig, zwei davon defekt. Schuppentür und Innenbereich voller Spinnennetze, hat seit Ewigkeiten niemand weggemacht. Spinnen und Netze vor allen Fenstern. Einen Tag 5-6 Bienen in der Wohnung und zwei große Listspinnen!!! Die Fenster lange nicht geputzt, auch keine Gaze davor. Diese hat der Vermieter nur an den Fenstern der von ihm selbst genutzten FeWo anbringen lassen. Nur Federbetten für den Winter vorhanden, kein dünneres zur Auswahl auch keine andere Decke. Anmerkung: Wir buchen seit ca. 20 Jahren FeWo gleiche Kategorie, können somit sehr gut vergleichen. Diese war mit Abstand die schlechteste. Fazit: Finger weg!

Eine tolle Wohnung nur die Betten sind eine Katastrophe. Durchgelegen, nichts für Erwachsene mit um 90 kg oder mehr. Wir haben drei Nächte mit der Matratze auf dem Boden gelegen, sonst wäre es nicht gegangen.
