Sehr nah am Bahnhof gelegen, daher kann man von hier aus sehr gut mit der Bahn und dem Fahrrad die Kaiserbäder und das Achterwasser erkunden. Außerdem kurze Entfernung zum Strand und zum Kölpinsee.
