Grace's Place Cottage is located in the Mt. Hood National Forest, roughly 50 minutes east of Portland. Ski Resorts are within 15-30 minutes drive. Within Five Minutes Drive is "The Courses". A Beautiful Golf Course with Shop/Restaurant, Surrounded by Mountains and Beautiful Salmon River.

We are sitting right on the Sandy River, which is designated "wild and scenic." Enjoy our secluded and private comfortable deck with dramatic river views, beach, and wild life. There is a direct hiking trail along the river to Cafe's, Stores, Restaurants and Pubs. There are other nearby hiking and bike trails. It is a major wildlife corridor for migrating and local wildlife. Salmon, deer, beaver, bald eagles, egrets, falcons, and numerous waterfowl make frequent appearances. Within Five Minutes Drive is a Beautiful Golf Course and Club called "The Courses', surrounded by Mountains and Beautiful Salmon River.
There is a nearby Spa located at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort.

"Grace's Place" is Located on a one acre riverfront private property and boasts an inviting one bedroom cottage with only steps to the Sandy River with beach and large deck, hiking trails alongside the beautiful glacial River to Shopping, Cafe's, Restaurants, Pub 26 and more amenities.

Guests enjoy a soothing space loaded with only native plants and amenities complete with queen bed, swivel chairs, ottoman, bath robes, pellet stove, electric radiant heater, air conditioning, big screen, Direct TV, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, large fully stocked kitchen with island, breakfast bar with bar stools, fully stocked bathroom with electric wall heater. The property has a large attached deck offering an outdoor dining table with firepit and chairs, outdoor grill plus comfy upholstered chairs with chaise lounge for relaxation.

We are located about 15 minutes from the nearest ski resort called Ski Bowl and 30 minutes from Mt. Hood Meadows and Timberline Lodge.

Grace's Place sits on the Mt. Hood Scenic Loop which takes you through beautiful Mr. Hood National and the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.
