This beautifully furnished, solidly built holiday home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a coat closet. A cosy bedroom with a double bed and a separate guest bathroom with a shower and urinal can be accessed independently without entering the kitchen-living area. A double door leads into the spacious kitchen-living area. Two south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. This room combines a pleasant, cosy atmosphere with stylish accents. A fireplace in the kitchen-living area provides cosy warmth and is the perfect spot for relaxing. The view from the living area into the converted attic creates a sense of openness and spaciousness.

A staircase leads to the open-concept upper level as well as to the second bathroom, which features a round tub with a built-in sound system and a spacious shower. From the upstairs hallway, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, which are also built out to the roofline and feature floor-to-ceiling wooden windows with sun-protective glass. One of these rooms comes with an additional amenity: bed linens from Blaumöwe are included, and you also have the option to add towels to your booking. Every woman’s—and every man’s—dream: a walk-in closet. Another room serves as the bedroom for the sixth guest. Use of the washing machine costs €2 per load.

The property is located in Zingst on a quiet street.
