The newly renovated apartment is located on the southeast side of the well-maintained "Südstrand" apartment complex, on the mezzanine level.

The two-room apartment is bright and comfortably furnished. The living room features a wall unit with a TV and DVD player, a radio, and a CD player; a new sleeper sofa (approx. 180x200 cm) provides additional sleeping space. By the window is a dining table with 2 chairs and 2 stools.

The new kitchen features an electric range with a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, and dishwasher, as well as a filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and iron. There is an ample supply of dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans.

The bedroom, featuring a double bed (180x200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe, is spacious; a travel cot can be provided upon request. A TV is also available here. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The NEWLY renovated bathroom is equipped with a round shower, sink, mirror cabinet, and toilet. A hair dryer is available for our guests.

The beautiful sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and city centre is about a 15-minute walk. There are lovely walking paths through the adjacent Südwäldchen; there’s also an adventure playground for younger guests and a walking and biking trail towards Hörnum. Two bus stops serving all directions are just a few minutes’ walk away. A bakery on Lorenz-de-Hahn-Strasse and the “Osteria” restaurant near the campground are a 5-minute walk away.
