The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo & separate shower, adding a touch of comfort & convenience to your stay. A dedicated office/workspace in the Master Bedroom allows for keeping up with business as need while you enjoy your time at the beach. The outdoor shower and deck add to the flavor and outside enjoyment nestled in a very large yard with plenty of room for activities. Linens and bath towels/washcloths provided along with basic beach gear (Chairs, Wagon, Cooler) to save you room packing for your trip! Really good for price. My only concern is the a/c is just a mini split in the bed room. During really hot summer days and nights cannot keep temp in living area at temp. Otherwise property is as listed with nice amenities including nice chairs, pull cart and beach cooler. Long 3-block walk to beach.
