About this property

Harrell’s Haven-Waterfront, Dock, Pool/Hot tub

Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach.
The space:
It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.

Someone will be available for any concerns.
Other things to note
We have a private dock for boat docking for a fee.
We have two friendly dogs that will bark when they see you, but just want attention.

Best Place To Stay!!

This was by far the best place I have stayed. It was very clean and smelled amazing. The homeowners are so nice, our favorite part of the trip was hanging out with the homeowners and their kids. Such a sweet family and beautiful place to stay. If I could stay every weekend I would!

Quiet Getaway

Hosts made us feel like one of the family. Property is close to the beach yet away from the crowds. Plenty of dining options nearby. Location is at the end of the road and on the canal.

Our host and hostess were amazing, we enjoyed the hot tub and lounge area outside. Hubby caught a few fish off the dock as I had my coffee. Great place and will return again.

The Best!

This little oasis on Oak Island is the perfect couples retreat. It was one of our best VRBO experiences in the last couple years. The hosts are amazing and their space reflects how much they’re invested in the property. It’s so refreshing to stay at a VRBO that’s owned by private owners and not a conglomerate or business. It makes such a difference to the experience.

Great little spot to stay for a few days. The owners went above and beyond and made us feel truly welcome. Too chilly to use the kayaks and pool but we did enjoy the hot tub! Thanks again!

Long weekend + Wedding

This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. We look forward to many more opportunities to visit oak island and their amazing place to stay. Jason and Nicole were extremely hospitable. They made sure everything was perfect. The location is super close to the beach and dining options.
