Welcome to our stylish garden apartment in the heart of the Passeier Valley. Newly built in 2023, the apartment offers 50 m² of modern comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. It features a separate bedroom, a comfortable bathroom and a stylish, open-plan living and dining area. The large sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, making the apartment ideal for two to four guests.



A particular highlight is the 25 m² private garden. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast, soak up the South Tyrolean sunshine or unwind amid the greenery after a day of adventures. Set right in an appealing hiking area, the apartment is an ideal base for excursions and exploring nature in the Passeier Valley. The spa town of Merano is just 9 km away and easy to reach.



Free underground and carport parking spaces are available right at the property. The underground garage also has two electric car charging stations. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely in the dedicated e-bike room.



Pets are welcome on request. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Modern design, a private garden and a special location between Merano and the South Tyrolean mountains make this apartment an ideal retreat for couples, families and friends.

Ein tolles modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit Terrasse und Bergblick, was will man mehr. Sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage ist optimal und ruhig - die Bäckerei ist fußläufig zu erreichen und zur Bushaltestelle ist es auch nicht weit. Mit der Gästekarte war es kein Problem mit dem Bus überall hin zu gelangen und das Auto im überdachten Stellplatz stehen zu lassen.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Vielen Dank Philipp!

Homebase für Wanderurlaub

Wir waren für einen Outdoor-Urlaub in Südtirol und wollten eine Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Die Lage ist hinsichtlich Verkehrsanbindung (Auto - mit Stellplatz - oder Bus) sehr gut, es gibt aber auch genug schöne Wandertouren, die direkt in Saltaus wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt starten. Meran ist für einen Tagesauflug oder Einkäufe auch einfach zu erreichen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben modern und gut. Die sehr ruhige Lage und die kleine Terasse laden zum Entspannen nach längeren Ausflügen ein.Vielen Dank für die schöne Urlaubszeit!

Pros: La posizione, il panorama, il parcheggio, la ricarica elettrica dell’auto , la casa comoda , la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Cons: Mancava solo una pentola per la pasta ed una piastra elettrica per fare i toast, il resto era tutto perfetto

Pros: Wir haben eine Woche im Herbst in dem Appartement "Garden Lodge Two" gewohnt. Das Appartement bekommt von uns die uneingeschränkte 5 Sterne Empfehlung. Hier unserer Erfahrungen: - Super angenehme, vertrauensvolle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! - Hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bis ins Detail super verarbeitet - Gute Ausstattung. Alles exakt wie beschrieben. - Schöne Aussicht, selbst aus dem Appartement im EG! - Ruhige aber nicht abgelegene Lage! Alle wichtigen Ziele sind schnell zu erreichen (Bushaltestelle in weniger als 5 Minuten!). - Genügende Parkmöglichkeiten, alle sogar Überdacht - Lademöglichkeit (11kW Wallbox für E-Autos/Hybride) in der Tiefgarage
