Close to beach and clean

This place was in a perfect location. It was right across from public beach access, close to shops and restaurants, and avoided busy streets. It had access to a water hose for rinsing everything off from the beach and we arrived to a very clean space. Would definitely stay here again if available

This is the best kept secret in Anna Maria Island. You can't beat the location. It has a full kitchen with new appliances and furniture. You can sleep 6 people comfortably. Quiet neighborhood. You can hear the waves as you fall asleep.

Enjoyable stay

We love the area and the beach is our happy place. Anna Maria - Holmes Beach is our favorite. Just a few suggestions for the house. Needs a curtain or blind over the kitchen window as there was nothing covering it. The long curtain on the front door kept the sun out but was a nuisance when trying to shut the door. Also the house was very very damp! not sure what the fix is for that but our clothes were damp. My husbands Good and Plenty Candy was damp and stuck together.Thanks for the stay.

This property is a perfect location being within 100 feet on the water! It’s small yet effective and great for a little get away. There was management change after we booked but the new owner was very proactive with taking over and communicated throughout. It could use some TLC some things are cheap. There was cockroach sightings and mice droppings all throughout the cabinets which wasn’t great to see.
