Welcome to this newly refurbished adorable house in Murrells Inlet. The location is very convenient, quiet, and family friendly, only minutes from Garden City Beach and enjoy the beach all day. Take a short car ride to The MarshWalk: A half-mile wooden boardwalk that meanders along a saltwater estuary, featuring waterfront views, live music, and direct access to popular restaurants. It is in a historic fishing village located about 13 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Known as the “Seafood Capital of South Carolina”. Venture further down the road to Myrtle Beach, ride the famous SkyWheel or walk the famous Myrtle Beach Pier
There is always something to do in the area, whether you fish, hike, swim, golf, bike, or walk, so many things to enjoy. Stay home and enjoy the outdoor fenced in area that includes a spacious new concrete patio with lounge chairs and grill, with propane fire pit table. Also enjoy the sun on three large new decks, one in front, off master bedroom to sip morning coffee, and two on each side of entries. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all dirty linens and towels and place them on floor in bedrooms. You do not need to fill washing machine. If you do please do not overfill, all linens cannot fit in one load.
Place all (except wooden cookware) in the dishwasher. Place one dish washing liquid pod in the soap dispenser, shut dispenser, and start dishwasher. Normal load option works.
Take trash bags and put outside in trash receptacle by the front gate. No loose trash in big trash bin please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
