However, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify that the swimming pool is located approximately 30 meters from the property, and access is via a cement-paved garden with nonslippery steps.
It is important to note that our previous guests have found the property to be as described and have enjoyed their stay, however we regret that you left feeling disappointed.
